During the work, regular monitoring is necessary to ensure that everything proceeds as planned. DMG Collection regularly visits the site and continuously communicates with the artisans to check the progress of the work. Adjustments can be made if necessary to quickly correct any deviations from the initial plan.

Our design office documents all stages of your renovation project by creating monthly or bi-monthly reports that include photos, notes, and descriptions, facilitating site management. An active involvement to monitor the project in all its aspects.

DMG Collection manages the follow-up of your renovation project by holding weekly site meetings. A detailed report, accompanied by photos of the project’s progress, is regularly sent to the client.
DMG Collection schedules and coordinates the work of each trade and updates the intervention calendar daily. Our design office ensures the proper execution of the work until the project is officially completed and received by the client.

Regular removal of debris and rubble to maintain a clean and safe site. Accident prevention relies on a rigorous organization of the workspace.
Finalization of the site and project handover.
Before signing off on the completion of the project, our design office conducts a thorough inspection of the finished site. We verify that all points outlined in the contract have been adhered to and that the quality of the finishes meets your expectations. We test installations such as plumbing, electricity, heating, and ventilation systems. Any identified defects will be documented in a report and addressed with a request for correction.
